Ingredients:
- 6 lbs 4 ozs Liquid Malt Extract - Wheat
- 1 lbs 2 ozs Flaked Oats
- 1 lbs German Pilsner Malt
- 4 ozs Liquid Malt Extract - Munich
- 1.2 ounce Hallertau Hops
- 03 ounce Dry Chamomile Flowers
- 1.5 ounce Fresh Citrus Zest
- 0.4 ounce Crushed Coriander Seed
- 1 packet White Labs Belgian Wit Ale (400)
Instructions:
Steep for 30 minutes at 154 °F:
- 1 lbs 2 ozs Flaked Oats
- 1 lbs German Pilsner Malt
Boil Schedule:
- 4 ozs Liquid Malt Extract - Munich at 60 minutes
- 6 lbs 4 ozs Liquid Malt Extract - Wheat at 60 minutes
- 1.2 ounce Hallertau Hop pellets at 60 minutes
- 03 ounce Dry Chamomile Flower at 5 minutes
- 1.5 ounce Fresh Citrus Zest at 5 minutes
- 0.4 ounce Crushed Coriander Seed at 5 minutes
Yeast:
- 1 packet White Labs Belgian Wit Ale (400)
Begin fermentation at 68F and slowly bring to 72F by the last third of the fermentation.
