Ingredients:

  • 3.175 kgs Liquid Malt Extract - Light
  • 0.499 kgs Liquid Malt Extract - Munich
  • 0.454 kgs Crystal Malt 40L
  • 0.227 kgs Victory Malt
  • 0.057 kgs Pale Chocolate Malt
  • 110.56 gms Northern Brewer Hops
  • 1 packet White Labs San Francisco Lager (WLP810)

Instructions:

Steep for 30 minutes at 65.6 °C:

  • 0.057 kgs Pale Chocolate Malt
  • 0.454 kgs Crystal Malt 40L
  • 0.227 kgs Victory Malt

Boil Schedule:

  • 3.175 kgs Liquid Malt Extract - Light at 60 minutes
  • 0.499 kgs Liquid Malt Extract - Munich at 60 minutes
  • 25.51 gms Northern Brewer Hop pellets at 60 minutes
  • 42.52 gms Northern Brewer Hop pellets at 15 minutes
  • 42.52 gms Northern Brewer Hop pellets at 1 minutes

Yeast:

  • 1 packet White Labs San Francisco Lager (WLP810)

Ferment at 62 degrees F.
