Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Liquid Malt Extract - Light
- 2 lbs Munich Malt
- 1 lbs 4 ozs Crystal Malt 40L
- 9 ozs CaraMunich Malt
- 8 ozs Biscuit Malt
- 2 ozs Special B Malt
- 1 ounce Cascade Hops
- 1.25 ounce Mt Hood Hops
- 1 packet Wyeast French Saison (3717)
Instructions:
Steep for 30 minutes at 154 °F:
- 1 lbs 4 ozs Crystal Malt 40L
- 2 lbs Munich Malt
- 9 ozs CaraMunich Malt
- 2 ozs Special B Malt
- 8 ozs Biscuit Malt
Boil Schedule:
- 7 lbs Liquid Malt Extract - Light at 60 minutes
- 1.25 ounce Mt Hood Hop leafs at 60 minutes
- 1 ounce Cascade Hop leafs at 5 minutes
Yeast:
- 1 packet Wyeast French Saison (3717)
