Ingredients:

  • 7 lbs Liquid Malt Extract - Light
  • 2 lbs Munich Malt
  • 1 lbs 4 ozs Crystal Malt 40L
  • 9 ozs CaraMunich Malt
  • 8 ozs Biscuit Malt
  • 2 ozs Special B Malt
  • 1 ounce Cascade Hops
  • 1.25 ounce Mt Hood Hops
  • 1 packet Wyeast French Saison (3717)

Instructions:

Steep for 30 minutes at 154 °F:

  • 1 lbs 4 ozs Crystal Malt 40L
  • 2 lbs Munich Malt
  • 9 ozs CaraMunich Malt
  • 2 ozs Special B Malt
  • 8 ozs Biscuit Malt

Boil Schedule:

  • 7 lbs Liquid Malt Extract - Light at 60 minutes
  • 1.25 ounce Mt Hood Hop leafs at 60 minutes
  • 1 ounce Cascade Hop leafs at 5 minutes

Yeast:

  • 1 packet Wyeast French Saison (3717)
