This is a very clear beer, but still totally opaque -- just very clean looking. The head is long-lasting, cream-colored and consists of fine bubbles. The taste is rich, creamy, milky, yet firm. A must for stout-heads!

his is a nice, smooth porter with a good smokey finish that is not overbearing. The brown sugar and crystal malt add enough sweetness to take the edge off the black patent malt. Goes great with snacks that contain cheese.

This beer stared out sweet but matured into a unique stout after about 6 months, and held up until the last bottle was gone -- almost a year and a half after brewing. The hops were not pronounced, but did balance the maltiness extremely well, creating a taste of creamy, chocolate smoothness. Not a harsh beer, but rather a smooth, decadent beer to just sip while you enjoy life.

This stout turned out pretty tasty, and the coffee flavor seems to come through more in the aftertaste, with the predominant flavor being the dark malts.

This is a medium-bodied American brown ale with assertive hop bitterness and distinctive hop flavor. This is for beer drinkers who like Cascade hops! This beer took first place in ale competition at the 1992 Red River Valley Fair Homebrew Competition.

Slightly darker and heavier than Harpoon, but very close in flavor.

A deceivingly drinkable bitter which is dark orange in color, this is a rich, complex beer, with the flaked maize adding a nice smoothness. This beer leans more towards hops, but is well-balanced by the malt flavors.

A smooth-tasting, rich beer with a generous amount of hops that balances well with the grains. Character of beer changes dramatically with age. Overall, and excellent brew!
