Started the primary fermentation. Hit the OG right on the high mark, also filtered the wort before adding it to the primary, trying to make it have as clean of a finish as possible.

Transfered to the carboy, it was very clean, the filter didn't even collect anything during the transfer.

Bottled the beer. Final gravity came didn't change much from the gravity before putting it into the carboy, however the beer was super clear from the length of time it stayed in the carboy.
